There is a one-time label design and setup charge of $100.
With the latest technology in 4-color process (CMYK) thermal transfer
and electrophotographic printing we will produce and apply your customized, 100% waterproof label onto 500 ml (16.9 oz.)
or 1 litre (33.8 oz.) bottles of purified water. Our labels are made of polypropylene and the imprinting is done using thermal transfer technology where heat is used to apply a colored resin onto the label. This method produces a waterproof label capable of being submerged in ice or water.
A second printer allows us to produce photo quaility high resolution
waterproof labels.
For optimal image quality the preferred file format for artwork is .EPS with all fonts converted to outlines and curves (vector art). Other acceptable vector art file types are .CDR, .AI and .PDF files (with fonts converted to outlines and curves). Create files in
RGB color using the print color you desire. If Pantone color information
is available include that with your submission with your artwork and we
will attempt to match those colors. Digital artwork can be submitted as a .JPG, .TIF or .PSD file (raster art). The original digital image at a minimum of
600 dpi with the image at the print size you require, is required for good print quality. Contact us with any questions regarding the file requirements.
There is a portion of the label that is used for legally required product source information. This information covers an area approximately 1.25" w x
2.125" h.
The label dimensions for the 500 ml bottle vary between 2.25" x
7.75" for the photo quality label to 2.125" x 6.75" for
the thermal transfer label. The 1 litre bottle labels are 2.25" x 8.75".
